Our website is open for orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dispatch operation runs Monday to Thursday.
DISPATCH
We endeavour to dispatch orders received Monday to Thursday on the same day wherever possible.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Orders placed on or around New Zealand public holidays will be dispatched on the next available trading day.
Same day dispatch is our goal rather than a guarantee. During particularly busy periods, launches or circumstances outside our control, dispatch may take a little longer.
DELIVERY
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are dependent on the delivery provider and destination.
Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information by email.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Stretton Wellness cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
